1. Initial Inquiry

Contact us by phone, email, or our website to express interest in visitation services. We’ll answer basic questions and guide you through the next steps.

2. Intake Appointment

Each parent/guardian must complete a separate intake session. This includes:

• ID verification

• Background and case information

• Review of court orders

• Completion of intake forms and agreements

• Program orientation

3. Safety & Scheduling Review

We assess any safety concerns and determine the appropriate visitation format (on-site, off-site, virtual). Scheduling is arranged based on court orders and family availability.

4. Visit Supervision Begins

Visits are monitored by trained professionals in a secure, neutral setting. Supervisors observe and document each session per court standards.

5. Documentation & Reporting

After each visit, observation notes are documented. Upon request or court requirement, we provide official visit summaries or reports.

6. Ongoing Review & Support

Periodic reviews may be conducted to reassess progress, address concerns, or adjust services based on the needs of the child and family.
