In-Office Visitation allows children and parents to spend time together in a safe, neutral, and supportive space. A trained visitation monitor will be present for the entire visit to observe interactions, document behavior if required, and ensure compliance with court orders or service agreements.
Arrive at your scheduled appointment time.
Late arrivals may shorten your visit or result in cancellation.
All visitors must sign in at the reception desk.
Personal belongings (bags, purses, coats) will be stored in a designated area or inspected per policy.
Let your child know in advance they will be visiting in a safe and comfortable setting.
Keep explanations age-appropriate and positive.
Pack any approved snacks, comfort items, or activities if allowed by staff.
A trained monitor will remain in the room at all times.
All conversations and activities must be child-focused.
Physical discipline of any kind is prohibited.
Do not discuss court cases, custody issues, or other adult matters.
All food, gifts, or games must be pre-approved.
If you need to leave the room (bathroom, phone call), notify the monitor first.
End visits promptly at the scheduled time.
The monitor will follow safe departure procedures to ensure no parent-to-parent contact occurs.
Avoid questioning your child about the other parent’s home or private life.
Keep the goodbye positive and reassuring.
Only individuals listed on the visitation approval list may attend.
All rules outlined in your Service Agreement apply.
Any violation of guidelines may result in suspension of services.
