Terms and Conditions of Service

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in and use of services provided by Amending Bonds Visitation Services. By using our services, all parties agree to the following:

1. Purpose of Services

We provide supervised visitation and safe exchange services in a safe, neutral, and child-focused environment, supporting families during transitions.

2. Eligibility and Intake

Services require a valid court order or referral.

All parties must complete intake and orientation.

A valid photo ID and intake documents are required.

3. Scheduling and Attendance

Appointments must be scheduled 48 hours in advance.

4. Fees and Payment

Non-refundable registration fee required at intake.

All visits must be paid before service.

A full fee schedule is provided during orientation.

Late or unpaid balances may delay services.

5. Code of Conduct

Respect is required at all times.

No physical punishment, threats, or inappropriate behavior.

No alcohol, drugs, or weapons allowed.

Staff may end any visit due to safety concerns

6. Supervised Visitation

All visits are monitored by trained staff.

Staff are neutral observers, not mediators or legal advisors.

Reports are based on objective observation.

7. Safe Exchange Services

Designed to avoid contact between parties.

Prompt arrival and departure are mandatory.

Late arrivals may disrupt service.

8. Confidentiality and Reporting

All records are confidential unless disclosure is required by law.

Reports are available upon request for an additional fee.

9. Service Termination

We may suspend or terminate services due to:

Policy violations

Safety threats

Unpaid fees

Non-compliance with court orders

10. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Notices will be posted here or sent via email.

11. Agreement

By participating in our program, you agree to these terms in full.
